When multiple items are dispatched with one tracking number, they are usually delivered together.
On rare occasions, the carrier may deliver items in separate deliveries.
The tracking information will indicate the status of the remaining item.
- If the item is traveling via Australia Post, there will be a drop-down box showing the progress of each item.
- If the item is traveling via Toll, on the tracking page, click on any of the tracking updates to expand it and check the number of items that have been updated. Each update will have the number of items updated. For example, if you click the first update, when Toll has received the items, it may show that they received three products, but if you click the delivery update, it may only show one item. This would indicate that two items are yet to be delivered.
If the rest of your order has not arrived within 3 business days, please contact the carrier for further information.
