Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information.
This will provide you with a tracking number and the courier information.
Please note: many items have varying dispatch timeframes. Please double check the listing for your item to confirm the dispatch timeframe prior to lodging an inquiry.
If you purchased an item on 'Presale', this means that the stock is not currently available, but will be soon. Once the presale date arrives, your order will be fulfilled and your tracking information sent out.
You can also check your order status by logging into your Matt Blatt Customer Dashboard.
Once logged in click "Order History" in the drop-menu.
Navigate to your item in your order history. The status of your order will be shown here, with an estimate of when your item is expected to dispatch.
If your order has already dispatched you will be able to view any relevant tracking numbers.
In the unlikely event that your order is delayed, we will contact you as soon as possible with an update.
