Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. You can also check the status of your order by clicking on the Order in your Order History.
Underneath each item you will see the current status:
If your item has already dispatched, the tracking information can be found by clicking “Track this item” in your Order History.
This will provide you with a tracking number and the courier information.
Please note: The dispatch timeframe of our products vary depending on the item. Please double-check the listing for your item to confirm the dispatch time frame prior to lodging an enquiry.
If you purchased an item on 'Presale', this means that the stock is not currently available, but will be soon. Once the presale date arrives, your order will be fulfilled and your tracking information sent out.
You can check your order status by logging into your Matt Blatt Account.
Once logged in click "Order History" in the drop-down menu.
You can then click "Show Details" next to the relevant ordered item.
On this page, you will be able to see the order status of your items, including the estimated dispatch timeframe and any relevant tracking numbers.
