From time to time, the incorrect item may be sent out accidentally.
Whilst we work hard to ensure every order is sent out correctly, it can happen on occasion for a number of reasons.
We understand how frustrating this is so to ensure that we can get the correct item to you as soon as possible, we request that you provide all of the following:
- Photos of the incorrect unit
- Photos of the postage label and packaging
