You can get in touch with our Customer Care Team via your Matt Blatt Customer Dashboard.
To do this, simply click on "Contact Customer Care" here.
If you checked out as a guest, simply click on "New Customer" when prompted, otherwise please select "Existing Customer".
Once signed in, you'll be able to see three options - please select the one most relevant to your enquiry and click "Continue".
If you have not yet made a purchase and have questions, please select Before I Buy. This will direct your enquiry to our Sales team.
If your enquiry is with an order you have already placed, or product you have already received, please select Something I ordered.
If your enquiry is about something else, please select Something Else.
You can then select the most relevant sub-question that matches your enquiry, include more detail in a free-text format and attach pictures and video as needed.
Once submitted, our Customer Care team will get back to as soon as possible.
What if I don’t have access to the Matt Blatt Customer Dashboard?
Simply click on "Contact Customer Care", then "New Customer" and follow the prompts from there.
I can’t remember my password!

My purchase isn't in my order history!
This may have occurred if you accidentally used an old email address, or accidentally made a spelling error.
If this is the case, after selecting Something I ordered above, there will be an option stating "Can't find your order? CLICK HERE".
Simply click on the link and follow the prompts to submit your enquiry with our Customer Care team.
