If your inquiry relates to a product purchased on or after the 15th of May, 2020, please follow the instructions below.
To get in touch with our customer service team, please sign in to your Matt Blatt Account and follow the easy steps below:
1. From the left-hand side, click on Order History.
2. Locate the item you want to enquire about, and click on Contact Matt Blatt.
3. Depending on whether or not you have received your order, please choose Before or After your product arrives, and select Continue.
4. Select the options closest to your query from the list, and select Submit a Question.
5. Expand on your query in the provided message box, providing as much detail as possible, as well as images or videos if you think they could be useful for our team:
6. If you are looking to return an item, please upload photos or video of the issue you're having when prompted by the pop-up message:
7. Once you've chosen Yes or No in the 'Attachment Confirmation' pop-up, you will then receive an email containing the details of your enquiry.
All future correspondence from our team will also be sent to that email address.
8. Our automated answer system may send you some suggested articles from our Help Centre to try and help, but if they don't quite answer your query, don't worry, our team will still be getting in touch.
