If you would like to inquire about a spare part, please contact our Support Team with the following information to ensure there is no miscommunication:
- The name of the part required
- A picture of the part
- Reference to the part in the user manual (if available)
Our Support Team will investigate the availability of this part, and any related costs involved.
If you wish to purchase this, we will then be able to provide you with an invoice link to place an order.
If you need to purchase a part for a third-party item, we suggest either contacting the manufacturer, as we typically do not keep spare parts for these items on hand.
